Couple's nice escape

Had a great experience with the staff, especially Gareth who checked us in and was helpful. The dinner service was great with Karen taking care of us and surprising us with a special dessert for our anniversary.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

my stay at hyatt place was fantastic! the location was prime, just a short drive from the airport, making it super convenient. the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. the standard king room was spotless and the bed was heavenly. the highlight was definitely the delicious coffee the next morning, it really made my day!

The Standard King Room was spacious and super clean—definitely a nice surprise! I loved the comfy bed, and the shower was fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a long flight. It was also quiet, so I caught some good sleep. The espresso at the bar was a nice touch, although it cost extra. Overall, felt modern and fresh, with plenty of room to stretch out!

We absolutely loved our stay in a spacious standard queen room. The kids enjoyed the large beds, and the espresso from the downstairs bar was a fantastic morning treat. Plus, the convenience of free parking made our trip more enjoyable!

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom lights were a bit disruptive at night since they stayed on. A better lighting solution would really benefit families with little ones who need their sleep.

The TV placement was a bit awkward, as we had to lie on our sides to watch it comfortably. It would be better if it faced the bed directly.

Beautiful room, beautiful staff. the room included a big bath and a walking-in shower, and the staff were top notch, making our stay truly enjoyable with their excellent service and the convenience of a complimentary shuttle to the airport.
